This sushi restaurant is located in the heart of Kamata. It's quite difficult to make a reservation, but I finally got the chance to visit. Although the lunch was prepared by an apprentice rather than the head chef, the sushi was surprisingly delicious, especially considering the apprentice had only been training for a year and a half. I definitely want to come back for dinner next time.
