I was really looking forward to my return visit after six months.Even the familiar dishes have evolved a bit, and there were completely new creations that made this experience enjoyable once again! What impressed me the most was the dish featuring cauliflower in the second photo. It was incredibly delicious, and the explanation made it even more moving. The bonito was also truly tasty, with its skin being the highlight. The foie gras French toast, resembling Shingen mochi, was visually and flavor-wise intriguing! The milk and honey, which I had last time, is a perfect example of simplicity being the best—it's my favorite!!This is a one-of-a-kind restaurant where you can see, hear, taste, smell, and enjoy with your heart.
