While sushi prices have been rising, this place might just be the only one where I feel it's truly worth it. I ordered the lunch nigiri and added a few extra pieces before and after. As always, the rice and the well-balanced saltiness of the red vinegar were delicious. The bonito appetizer had a slightly spicy touch, and the way they prepared the kohada and the clams was exceptional, with a rich flavor. And the dried gourd in the rolls was just delightful... I left feeling very happy.
