Three colleagues from work visited Suzaki Shokuryohin Ten! We ordered the "Shoyu Udon," and the thick, edgy noodles had an incredible firmness and elasticity that left us in awe. Sipping the noodles mixed with a raw egg, dashi soy sauce, and condiments was a simple yet delightful experience, allowing us to truly savor the rich flavor of the wheat. We were all thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the authentic Sanuki udon!
