One of the highlights of my Obon holiday was visiting this restaurant. I made a reservation, and when I arrived, I saw that it was fully booked, so I was glad I did. After the appetizer, I tried the soba dumplings with salt and wasabi, and the flavor was indescribable—I just couldn't stop eating them. I also ordered some Japanese sake on the side. The soba looked light in color, but it had a strong aroma, and with each bite, I could really appreciate the fragrance of the buckwheat. The dipping sauce was not too strong, allowing me to enjoy the taste of the soba. The soba-yu (hot water used to rinse the soba) was uniquely smooth, and I was very satisfied with it. To finish, I had a pizza made with buckwheat flour and summer vegetables. It was crispy and felt like a delightful snack. It was a great meal!
