One of the purposes of my trip to Hokkaido was to visit this restaurant.I reserved a counter seat four months in advance, and the long-awaited day finally arrived.Starting with the flounder and ginkgo as appetizers, the nigiri was almost entirely made with local fish, and before I knew it, I was finishing off with soba.Everything was delicious, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. The local sake from Asahikawa was also delightful, and I enjoyed chatting with the owner.I would love to come back if I have the chance. It was a great meal!
