The prices are on the higher side, so it might be difficult for regular visits. The menu for hamburgers allows you to choose the weight.I ordered the 200g set for JPY 2,860 along with the onion soup for JPY 1,430. When the dish arrived, they quickly cut it in half right in front of me.The flavor of the meat was rich and conveyed the quality of the ingredients, complemented by a hint of charcoal flavor. It felt more like a delicious lean hamburger rather than being overly juicy.Since the trend is towards lean meat, it’s best to eat it quickly on the teppan, as overcooking can make it tough. If you prefer a softer, rare texture, this might not be for you.The sauce is a sweet soy base, along with rock salt, pepper, yuzu pepper, and wasabi. It’s great to have various ways to enjoy it. The accompanying vegetables are well-cooked and easy to eat.The onion soup is simmered until the bread and onions are tender, resulting in a rich broth that is easy to drink, and the melted cheese adds a delightful chewy texture.
