If you can endure the wait, you will be rewarded with incredibly delicious unagi. The outside is crispy while the inside is tender, complemented by a subtly sweet sauce. It's simply irresistible! I also appreciate that all the small bones are carefully removed. I would love to try unagi in winter as well. It was a delightful meal. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
