Due to the typhoon, I was able to enjoy a luxurious time without any other customers around. I often visit Hokkaido for sushi, so I thought it would be hard to find anything better, but this was truly delicious! The temperature of the rice, the size of the fish, everything was perfect, and the unique texture from aging was outstanding. The chef was friendly, and although it’s on the pricier side, I definitely want to come back.
