One of the representative Japanese restaurants in Hiroshima. What left a lasting impression was the wonderful dashi, which is the foundation of the dishes. It was delicate and refined, yet rich in umami and depth, bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients to the fullest. You can truly feel the chef's dedication to the dashi and the meticulous craftsmanship in each dish.This time, we visited as a group of three and requested a pairing with Aramasa sake. The pairing complemented the dishes exceptionally well, enhancing the appeal of each plate.With its calm atmosphere, pleasant service, and high-quality cuisine, this is a restaurant I highly recommend for enjoying special Japanese food in Hiroshima.
