I was able to make a reservation at the popular and well-known Sumibi Yaki Yuji.I ordered the dishes recommended by the staff: Sliced Heart, Liver, Cheek, Mountain Chain Tripe, Shibire, Thigh (Harami), Koptan (Horumon), Fatty Heart, and Curry with Offal Stew.I was overwhelmed by the variety of meats. Each type had its own unique way of being enjoyed, allowing me to truly savor the flavors of the meat.I definitely want to visit this place again.
