A must-visit for tuna lovers!Sushi Arai is one of Japan's top sushi restaurants, with high standards in sushi, appetizers, service, and ambiance. ✨Not only the sushi but also the seasonal appetizers are exceptional! You can really feel the attention to detail in the dashi and cooking techniques, making each dish delicious enough to rival any renowned restaurant!I especially enjoyed the abalone that had been simmered for four and a half hours, along with the zosui (rice porridge) made from the simmered broth, and the anko (monkfish liver) rolled with pickled watermelon. They were incredibly tasty! ✨The lean, medium fatty, and fatty tuna were absolutely top-notch, melting in my mouth instantly. ✨✨With such a wide variety of dishes, I was very satisfied! I definitely want to visit again if I get the chance!It was a great meal! ✨
