I was invited by a friend to this lovely restaurant, Kamakura Kitajima, where the serene Japanese atmosphere, beautiful garden, and exquisite tableware truly impressed me.The warmth and attentiveness of the head chef and staff made the experience even more enjoyable, and before I knew it, time flew by!From the very first dish, I was captivated by the refreshing flavors of sea urchin and yuba. The subsequent dishes featured seasonal fresh fish, soft-shelled turtle, and the most perfectly crispy grilled eel prepared right in front of us.For the finale, there was an impressive selection of five different dishes! I chose the mackerel pressed sushi, corn and fish rice, and hamo (pike eel) ochazuke.There were also three types of desserts, and to top it all off, they served us freshly whisked tea, making for a truly delightful experience.I would love to visit again if the opportunity arises!It was a great meal!
