With a wide selection of Japanese sake, the pairings with the dishes were outstanding. Enjoying sushi alongside delicious sake created a remarkable experience. Of course, the other sushi was also fantastic, especially the perfect seasoning of the kohada and the fluffy texture of the simmered anago, which left a lasting impression.
