I finally managed to visit the Tabelog 2026 Silva branch after struggling to find the right timing.I was fortunate enough to snag a reservation just in time.It felt like a training session for the apprentices.Since it’s spring, there were plenty of seasonal vegetables like wild plants and bamboo shoots.People from the city don’t often get to see wild plants, so it feels special to me. Personally, I receive some from friends across the country from time to time, so it’s not entirely new to me.This place seems like one I’d want to visit throughout the four seasons.The highlight of this visit was definitely the clay pot rice with garlic chives and sakura shrimp.
