Finally made it to Tori Shige! A friend who is a regular took me along. Upon arrival, I found Rindo on the table! I had been wanting to try it. My excitement was high from the start, and we kicked things off with a toast over beer. Now, onto the food. Although it’s called "tori" (bird), it’s not chicken. I usually don’t eat senmai (beef tripe) much, but this one was incredibly delicious! It was the first time I found senmai to be tasty. Each skewer was beautifully cooked to perfection. The additional dishes served throughout were unique and delightful. By the time we reached the caviar rice ball, I was quite full, but I couldn’t resist taking a bite. Next time, I’d like to hold back on the drinks a bit and savor the food more. Haha! Everything was absolutely delicious. It was a great meal!
