The dishes are served within 1 hour and 30 minutes, ensuring that my elementary and high school-aged children don’t get bored, and the entire meal, including dessert, is completed within 2 hours.2. It doesn’t leave me feeling heavy.3. The sauce complements the ingredients without overpowering them.Based on these criteria, I consider this place to be the pinnacle of French dining in Japan.While the JPY 37,000 course may not offer the best cost-performance, I am grateful to have enjoyed this exquisite flavor again after five years.This time, I also added comments to the photos.
