I visited during Golden Week. I arrived at 9:30 AM and was the third group in line. By the time I finished eating and left, they had already sold out, so I believe you must arrive before opening to get a chance to eat.The grilled liver was already sold out, so I couldn't try it, but the unagi don was hearty and incredibly delicious. (I think the unagi jyu might be too much for women.) The skin was crispy while the inside was fluffy, which I really enjoyed. I think the quality for this price is outstanding! ✨ They also sold their special sauce! If I come back to Matsumoto, I will definitely visit again.It was a great meal! ✨
