I visited this restaurant with my partner for a date in Nakameguro. It's a completely referral-based establishment, and reservations are not accepted. The restaurant is about an 8-minute walk from Nakameguro Station. We ordered the cold cappellini with sea urchin, burrata with peach, lobster chawanmushi, truffle omelet, lemon garlic butter cheese pasta, sea urchin tomato cream pasta, and for dessert, a pistachio roll cake.Among these, the cold cappellini was a standout dish, featuring a rich genovese sauce paired luxuriously with sweet sea urchin! The lemon garlic butter cheese pasta was also delicious, with a creamy cheese and butter sauce balanced by the acidity of lemon, making it perfect for summer.Every dish was delightful, showcasing seasonal ingredients that are carefully selected for each season. This restaurant allows you to enjoy both delicious food and a sense of the season. I hope to visit again during cherry blossom season! ✨
