This was my second visit. The restaurant gets fully booked as soon as reservations open, so I always keep an eye out for cancellations. This time, I managed to secure a spot at noon on a Sunday, which is the perfect time. The sushi was prepared by a 19-year-old chef, and it was quite impressive. Today, the master from Italy returned, and I had the opportunity to chat with him, which was wonderful. I plan to come back next month.
