The atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful, allowing for a calm and enjoyable dining experience. The staff carefully grilled each piece of meat, and I was able to trust them with the cooking level, which made the meal even more delicious. They also provided explanations about each cut of meat, allowing me to savor parts I wasn't very familiar with. Every piece was tender and incredibly tasty, but the standout was the "Kamenoko" cut. Among the red meats, it was particularly delicious, and I could truly appreciate the natural flavors of the meat. I was satisfied with the ambiance, service, and the quality of the meat, and I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.
