Everything was delicious, but I particularly enjoyed the fried tofu with fuki no tou (butterbur) and the soba with sakura shrimp.The dessert, which included mochi in the monaka, was also a nice touch.The portion size of the course was just right, and I felt very satisfied.The soy sauce for the sashimi had a unique flavor that was delightful, making it a great pairing with drinks.
