I often see various posts about Gastronomy Joel Robuchon in Ebisu on social media, and I’ve always dreamed of going there for my birthday. Finally, my wish came true! I made the reservation exactly two months in advance, starting at midnight. After some careful planning, I successfully secured a spot and was overjoyed. (I managed to book it for my birthday, just for me!) Dinner was out of my budget, and the lunch course is only available on weekends, so I planned to go on a holiday. I did a lot of research beforehand, as I heard the menu changes with the seasons, which made me a bit anxious. I was worried because the extra charges were only listed for the male options on the menu. I thought about how much it might cost if I ordered without thinking! However, since I made the reservation, both options had the extra charges listed. The interior made me feel like a princess, creating a dreamy atmosphere. I had heard about the course plus the bread wagon and dessert wagon, so I arrived with a big appetite. However, there was so much food! I was really looking forward to the mashed potatoes, and when I mentioned it, they asked if I wanted a larger portion. But I was already full from the bread, which I had eaten too much of by that point. Still, there’s always room for dessert! For lunch, the least expensive course is definitely the best choice! The only difference is that the main dish and appetizers increase in number, so if you want to enjoy the bread and desserts, I highly recommend going for the cheapest course! It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it. I also got to take many beautiful photos, creating wonderful memories! I had a fantastic time in this dreamlike space!
