The meal menu consists of a fixed course only.The pairing was well done, and overall, the food was very delicious. However, the bear meat was lacking, which I believe reflects a negative aspect of the restaurant's commitment to using local ingredients sourced from the Toyama area.You would be hard-pressed to find a restaurant of this quality in Tokyo for the same price. If there were one nearby, I would definitely return.The drive to the restaurant involves winding mountain roads, but a regular sedan should have no trouble getting there.For attire, a relaxed jacket or shirt seems more appropriate than formal wear.It was a great meal.
