I finally got to visit Imai! On the day of my visit, I had to enter a passcode to get in. Once inside, I was surprised! It was just counter seating, with only the chef present!Every dish from start to finish was delicious!! Even when I go to hard-to-book restaurants, I often find that while some dishes are tasty, the rest can be just average. There are very few places that make me want to fight for a reservation and return, but this is definitely one of them! I absolutely want to come back!!! It was truly delicious.
