I was invited to the exclusive Chisou Nishi Kenichi in Yaizu, which is notoriously difficult to book. Every fish dish that was served was incredibly delicious. I was truly impressed by the chef's skill in bringing out the fish's flavors to their fullest through meticulous preparation and cooking techniques. Although it's hard to get a reservation, I definitely want to visit this restaurant seasonally.
