I visited Sushi Arai in Ginza after being invited by an acquaintance, and I had the rare opportunity to sit at the chef's counter. The chef's warm personality created a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere in this top-notch space. The sushi might be the most delicious I've ever had, showcasing the finest ingredients and exceptional craftsmanship. It was an overwhelming experience from start to finish.
