A French restaurant themed around coexistence with nature. Through game and seasonal ingredients, the course conveyed a respect for the life of the ingredients and the producers. While based on classic French cuisine, it incorporated modern sensibilities, offering discoveries with each dish. I thoroughly enjoyed the unique world of LATURE.
