I enjoyed a course at USHIGORO S. Ginza. Each dish was meticulously prepared, showcasing the high quality of the meat. The overall balance of the course was excellent; despite indulging in a lot of premium meat, I surprisingly didn’t feel heavy and enjoyed every bite until the end. The cooking level and timing of the dishes were impeccable, and the staff provided attentive service. The dish featuring truffles and rich egg yolk, as shown in the photo, was particularly memorable. This is a restaurant I would highly recommend for special occasions or anniversaries—truly satisfying!
