Today, I visited Unagi Musashino for lunch in Urawa.This restaurant is well-known in Urawa, a city famous for its eel, so my expectations were high.I learned that they use "Shin Ko Unagi" from Mikawa, Aichi Prefecture today.I ordered the large size of the Shin Ko Unagi Donburi along with a liver soup.The eel served in the donburi, made from young farmed eels, was plump, tender, and visually stunning.You can see the careful preparation and delicate craftsmanship in the final presentation.I added some sansho pepper halfway through, but it might actually be better without it.This restaurant, representing Urawa, offers a wonderful experience where you can fully enjoy the exquisite eel, showcasing the skills of a seasoned artisan.It was a great meal!
