I had been eagerly looking forward to visiting Tanaka Yoshihide. It all started with a delicious craft beer from Shizuoka, followed by my favorite chawanmushi (savory egg custard) with its gentle flavor, and the tuna from Amakusa. The corn and burdock shumai were incredibly tasty! The spring rolls with young corn were fun to watch as they were rolled right in front of me, and the oyster congee was simply irresistible! For the final course, I could choose from fried rice, Chinese noodles, mapo tofu, or dan dan noodles, and since I couldn't decide based on my appetite at the time, I ended up trying a bite of each. I was completely satisfied, especially with the gentle almond jelly at the end! It was the best experience ever (*｀ω´)b I’m looking forward to my next visit! (*^^*) Tanaka Yoshihide is amazing!
