Starting with an appetizer that could easily be mistaken for a main dish, we enjoyed a delightful sequence of flavors today: sweet and spicy Japanese radish cake, stir-fried water spinach, fried anago (conger eel) with spiced breadcrumbs, crab omelet, squid with green onions in soy sauce, Ise lobster in chili sauce, stir-fried beef with bell peppers, fried rice with shrimp and Jinhua ham, noodle soup, and dessert.Somehow, I find that I can enjoy wines and Shaoxing rice wine here, even though they are not my favorites.I wonder why I end up staying for four or five hours when I come here...Chef Okada and all the staff provide exceptional service, making the experience even better. The cost performance is outstanding, and the drinks are top-notch.When I was being seen off at the end, I caught a glimpse of Chef Okada's pristine white chef coat, a true mark of a professional. This place truly deserves its title as Osaka's No. 1 restaurant.Once again, I give it a perfect score of 5, even better than my last visit!
