A Michelin-listed French restaurant just off the Nishiazabu intersection. Upon entering, I was greeted by a sophisticated monochrome space. While some may find it a bit lacking in decoration, the chef intentionally chose a minimalist approach to encourage diners to focus on the food. You can truly feel the chef's passion for cooking. As for the food, the highlight was undoubtedly the baked pie, which was absolutely delicious! Both before and after cutting, it looked stunning, revealing multiple layers inside, showcasing the effort put into this dish. I had a plate featuring venison, which had no gamey taste at all, and I finished it in no time.
