The grilled eel was incredibly delicious, with no unpleasant odor and just the right amount of fat. I enjoyed it with soy sauce, ponzu, wasabi, and yuzu pepper, according to my preference. The unaju (grilled eel over rice) was fluffy and thick, with the sauce perfectly balanced, making it very tasty. Although it's not something I can afford to eat frequently, I was so happy to finally try it after being curious for a long time.
