The lamb wrapped in straw and seasonal vegetables were presented with exceptional skill. I visited this restaurant with a chef friend from Ginza to study cuisine, and he was truly impressed. The wine pairings complemented the dishes perfectly, enhancing the overall dining experience. It was a great meal!
