I had the tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) and inaka soba (rustic buckwheat noodles). The tamagoyaki was incredibly flavorful, with a rich dashi coming through beautifully. The inaka soba was fresh and had a nice, mild taste. One serving might be a bit small for lunch, so I recommend ordering it as a set with seiro (cold soba).
