I visited my favorite yakiniku kaiseki restaurant, Ura Matsu, in Tokyo. It's a safe and reliable place where you can enjoy Omi beef and Tajima beef! Overall, it's the pinnacle of yakiniku kaiseki. I truly love raw meat, and the quality control here is so impressive that I don't want to eat Chateaubriand anywhere else! The highlight was the cold shabu-shabu! It was a great meal.
