I was able to participate in a private event at this incredibly hard-to-book restaurant, which has a waiting list of a year and a half. The atmosphere inside was bright, featuring an open kitchen where you can watch the frying process up close! You can hear the sizzling of the oil and the sound of freshly fried tempura being cut right next to you! I absolutely love seafood tempura, and they served my favorites: shrimp, whiting, swordfish, scallops wrapped in seaweed, and clams! The swordfish was by far the most delicious! The oil was light, and I didn’t feel heavy afterward. It was fantastic! Thank you for the wonderful meal!
