First visitI was delighted by the course that allowed me to enjoy a variety of fish dishes!Although I’m not a fan of strong herbs and flavors, the chef was very attentive and kind, asking detailed questions about my preferences. The paella reminded me of what I had in Barcelona, and the Basque cheesecake was just as wonderful as the one from La Viña in San Sebastián. I’m so glad I ordered it as a souvenir, as I enjoyed it slowly over the next few days!Paella♡ This was the best paella, packed with seafood and rich flavors! Unlike many places that serve sparse toppings or just garnish without taste, this was exceptional and truly authentic.♡ The squid ink was perfect, and the rice was not dry at all. Just like the paella I had in Spain, it had the right amount of moisture and the flavor was perfect! I want to eat it again soon.◎ It’s a shame I can’t have the Spanish prosciutto anymore…So I ordered some extra! It was delicious.♡ The anchovies that caught the chef's eye were the best I’ve ever had! I’ve never tasted anchovies that were so flavorful without being overly salty. All the tapas were delicious, including the gazpacho and the rare cutlet!
