I had lunch at Tempura Kondo, a place I had wanted to visit for a while. However, my overall impression was that it was neither particularly good nor bad. While I could sense the careful craftsmanship, my high expectations left me without any special surprises or excitement. Considering the price and the restaurant's reputation, I felt a bit unsatisfied with my lunch.
