I visited Sushi Arai for the first time. On this occasion, I had the pleasure of being served by Mr. Usui, and I could feel his exceptional skill and meticulous craftsmanship in each piece. The harmony between the fish and rice was outstanding, and the more I ate, the more I appreciated the restaurant's expertise. It was clear why so many people support this place; it truly lived up to its reputation.
