I had lunch at 4000 Chinese Restaurant. During the meal, the owner-chef made an appearance, which enhanced the special atmosphere of the restaurant. Each dish was of high quality, leaving a lasting impression not only with its flavors but also with the ambiance and service. I believe this is one of Japan's representative Chinese restaurants, and it was a wonderful lunch.
