I finally visited Tonkatsu Narikura, which I had been curious about. The batter was light yet perfectly crispy, and I was truly impressed. The juiciness of the pork filet katsu was incredible. Perhaps due to the low-temperature frying, all the meats were tender and delicious. The vegetables also had a wonderful natural sweetness. I think a sprinkle of salt enhances the flavors best.I noticed many international guests, and when I asked during checkout, I learned that about half of the customers were from overseas. It was a very delicious tonkatsu that definitely lives up to its high ratings.
