I visited the popular restaurant "Sumibi Yaki Yuji" in Shibuya.Located a short walk from Shibuya Station, this place is famous for its charcoal-grilled meat and horumon. The interior has a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of traditional yakiniku restaurants, and the aroma of charcoal grilling fills the air, whetting your appetite. This time, we focused on various meat dishes. One standout was the rice topped with a generous amount of sesame seeds. The nutty flavor of the sesame combined beautifully with the sauce, making it a perfect match for the meat. The horumon dishes were rich in flavor, and grilling them over charcoal added a delightful smokiness that made them incredibly tasty. The seasoning of the sauce was particularly good, making it easy to enjoy with white rice or drinks. We also tried thick-cut meat, which was tender and juicy, allowing us to savor the meat's flavor with every bite. The charred crust from the charcoal grilling was simply irresistible.Additionally, the sashimi-style meat had a fresh taste, offering a different kind of deliciousness compared to the grilled options. If you're looking to enjoy yakiniku in Shibuya, this is a place you definitely want to visit. It was a memorable experience, fully enjoying the aroma of charcoal and the rich flavors of the meat and horumon!
