Incredibly delicious! I visited around 10:45 on a Sunday. Fortunately, they hadn't sold out yet, and I didn't have to wait long to get in. The noodles have a unique texture—both firm and chewy at the same time. Truly delicious! They also sell noodles that are semi-dried, which seem to last about two months, so I bought a lot. The tempura is also a fantastic value at around JPY 70. I hope they continue this for a long time!
