An exceptional array of dishes.The selection of ingredients is impressive, and the approach is remarkable. They are critically incorporating the freshest seasonal ingredients into their courses. The highlight was definitely the specialty corn soup, which had an outstanding sweetness; it was the best cold soup I’ve ever had.Every other dish was also top-notch in terms of aroma and plate balance, leaving me truly moved. I wish I could come here for a year.The service and atmosphere were stress-free, and I genuinely felt that if I were to dine with someone special, this would be the place to choose. I will definitely come back.
