I made a reservation on the same day. It seems like it was for 6 PM, and we started with everyone who had reserved at that time.Even though it was summer, the outdoor seating was open, and with the charcoal grill inside, it made the place even hotter! Plus, it was mostly men in the restaurant! This is a place with a strong masculine vibe.The meat is best when grilled over charcoal!There are many items on the menu, but instead of ordering little by little, you place all your orders at once and they serve everything together. Just as others have commented, I asked the staff for their recommendations and ordered everything.We started with raw sashimi, beef tongue, chicken neck, and Horumon (which I was told I must try, and it was delicious), followed by Heart Fat (my first time✨), then we switched the grill and had Abomasum, Zabuton, and Sirloin cap.Many people at the surrounding tables were ordering white rice.The smell of charcoal does cling to your clothes, but that's part of the charm.
