Today, I finally visited my long-awaited Unagi Tei Tomoe.I made a reservation for the number of unagi dishes in advance, and on the day of my visit, I had to wait for my turn.I had informed them that I would arrive around 11 AM, but upon arrival, the first parking lot was already full, so I had to go to the second parking lot. After that, I went to the restaurant to take a number, and they have a system where they call you on your mobile as soon as a seat becomes available.About 15 minutes later, I received a call, and after waiting for another 10 minutes at the restaurant, my long-awaited unagi donburi and grilled liver were served. They use the rare blue eel here, which is impressively thick and large. The unagi is juicy, with a perfect balance of being fluffy yet crispy.Once you try this unagi donburi, it’s so delicious that you won’t want to eat anything else. When asked what I would like to eat before I die, I confirmed without hesitation that it would be this unagi.
