I visited China Sichuan Shuka Manzan in Makuharihongō, a place I had wanted to try for a while, during my business trip to the Kanto region.What stood out to me were the "Red Chicken Bone-in Bang Bang Chicken" and "Cheng Mapo Tofu."The Bang Bang Chicken had a rich sesame flavor that made it hard to resist leaving any sauce behind.The Cheng Mapo Tofu was incredible; the moment I took a bite, the aroma of Sichuan peppercorn filled my mouth, and the balance of spiciness and numbing sensation was exquisite✨✨. It had a lingering umami that made me crave it again on the train ride home.I can't forget that addictive taste.It was the most memorable Mapo Tofu I've ever had. I will definitely come back for more!
