This was my first experience at Joel Robuchon.Since it was my first time having a course meal, I chose the one priced at JPY 33,000.For the appetizers, I selected cold salmon and warm asparagus, and for the main dish, I chose lamb.Although I was offered champagne and non-alcoholic sparkling wine, I opted for grape juice and white wine instead, as I’m not fond of bubbly drinks.As the course progressed, I enjoyed selecting my favorites from the bread and dessert cart, leaving me feeling quite full.
